It is hard to believe, but Music City Goldendoodles has been loving on pups for 15 years now! Many of our Belles (mamas) and Beaus (dads) have retired while new pups have joined the MCG family. Since raising canine family members is our top priority, we are committed in keeping ALL of our MCG parents as family pets. The best way to do this (and prevent becoming "crazy dog people") is to have many of our Belles and Beaus living with carefully selected families in what is called "Guardian homes". Our guardian home dogs are full-time family members and work part-time for MCG.
Upcoming & Current Litter Mamas & Papas
Here are the parents of our current litters. Since many of our dogs live in guardian homes, they are only listed here when they have pups. The rest of the time they are home living their best life with their guardian family.
This is Lacey's last litter and her first with Spencer (see info on Lacey below). We are so excited to have this paring. Beauty, brains, temperament and personality - these pups will have it all!

Spencer is the son of our first mini stud, Jack. If you look below, you'll see Jack and the family resemblance is amazing! We thought that Spencer would be a "medium" size stud but he exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. Spencer passes on his looks and temperament to all his pups and we are so excited to call him ours!
This is Sheba's first litter (see info on Sheba below) and Spencer is also the dad to these pups. There are 2 of Sheba's pups already chosen for service dogs and with these parents, I know the pups will be amazing!

We don't always know when a guardian home MCG is going to have their next litter, so we don't have them all listed on this page. It's just harder to predict when they aren't living with us, lol.
That said, please meet the permanant resident MCG Belles and Beaus, along with some of the goldendoodles who made Music City Goldendoodles what we are today.

Forever Family: |
Oakley
The newest member of Amanda's family is Oakley, a beautiful light red standard f1 goldendoodle. Don't Muppet like hair cut fool you, Oakley's personality is the perfect mix of Nana from Peter Pan and Tigger. Never does this girl walk in the house without sniffing and checking on each of Amanda's kids (10yrs-7months). She not only likes playing ball but takes her role of being a pet VERY seriously. Oakley has a big heart and yet is super playful is very intune with those around her. She has even shown seizure alert dog potential. Lacey Lacey is our beautiful chocolate and white large mini. She is 30 lbs full of attitude and affection. Lacey is very empathetic and is the first of the Tramell pups to provide comfort if someone is having a bad day. She also likes to run with the big dogs and sometimes wants to claim queen-of-the-doodles status. Lacey is happiest with her people, and second happiest playing ball or eating soft serve ice cream!
Melody
Melody is the newest member of Donna & Jerry's family. She is a "large mini" which is just a regular old goldendoodle in a slightly smaller package! A first generation goldendoodle (F1), she has a beautiful red coat with a heavy wave/loose curl. Melody weighs about 35 lbs but can clearly keep up with the big dogs. She is an affectionate, devoted girl who has learned about "dogging" from Penny and Truffles.
ShebaSheba is is as regal and exotic as her name suggests. Her color is technically a tri-color phantom, so we are excited to have some unique colors in future litters. Sheba is very smart - she has figured out how to open a door to both let herself in and out of the house. Sheba is also our largest girl standing 22 inches at the shoulder.
Lindy - the original MCG MamaGone but not forgotten
Lindy was our farm dog. Very personable and friendly, she loved being with Jerry and Donna whether they were running errands or working in the yard. Lindy's favorite pastime was chasing balls.
Lindy was a f1 blond standard goldendoodle. She was our first Belle and truly the "Belle of the ball" ! She and Charlie were the original Music City Goldendoodles and set the gold standard for other Music City Goldendoodles. Lindy lived 13 wonderful years, active and affectionate to the end.
Zoey is Amanda's gorgeous f1 wavy coated red goldendoodle girl. She is absolutely striking with her color and the way she carries herself.
Zoey lives at Amanda's house with Charlie, her best bud, and 2 children. We're pretty sure that she thinks she is just one of the kids - not one of the dogs! Zoey is especially sensitive to 5 yr old Connor and you'll often find her cuddled wherever he is. Zoey is a 42 lb first generation goldendoodle. She has a very fine bone structure and is very athletic. Zoey's hips and elbow xrays are considered "fair /good". Zoey is the mother to our miniature pups. |

Penny Gone but not forgotten
Penny was our original MCG "mini mama" and she was a little dog with a big personality. Over the years Penny and Cassidy blessed us with some wonderful pups. Penny retired and spent her 'golden years' comfortable in Jerry's lap. Penny lived an amazing 14 years, loving life each and every minute.

Charleston - "Charlie"Gone but not forgotten
Charleston aka Charlie was our first introduction to the world of goldendoodles. He went to live with Amanda right before Amanda got married. Not only were he and Lindy the founding members of Music City Goldendoodles, but he raised 3 human puppies as well. Charlie was the first goldendoodle we met and his lovable, goofy personality charmed us all.
Charlie was a first generation standard goldendoodle. Charlie lived 13 wonderful years and was in excellent health for most of his life. His first love was Lindy and they were BFFs until we lost them both in 2020. Music City Goldendoodles will never be the same. |

Hopalong "Cassidy":Semi-retired
"Cassidy" is a moyen poodle who makes his home with our niece Janice, in Michigan. He likes chasing squirrels, balls, and rabbits, but his favorite pastime is just being with his Person. Sleeping on her bed, and going for long drives, and visiting the relatives are some of his favorite activities.
Cassidy is a "people dog" with a sweet personality. He is 17" and 27 lbs. Cassidy is the father of our miniature and medium litters. Cassidy produces red or cream puppies, often with his trademark white chest. |

Jack
Retired
Jack was our first goldendoodle stud, now living his best life as a retired country gentledood. At 24 lbs, Jack packs a lot of dog in a little package. He lives with a guardian home and is their constant companion. A favorite at the dog park, groomer, and around the neighborhood, Jack's personality and temperament is exactly what we look for in our parent dogs - an excellent family dog!
Jack's unique coloring is due to being "chocolate factored". Those adorable brown nose and hazel eyes will be passed down to his blond, red and chocolate colored offspring. LillyBelle - retired Lillybelle is a beautiful standard f1 goldendoodle. She has the sweetest personality and loves people and dogs alike. Lilly aka "Silly Lilly" aka "Lilzer" has retired and moved out with her favorite person, Rachel. Lilly and Rachel always had a special connection so it made sense for Lilly to accompany Rachel as Rachel moved into her own apartment. Lilly still visits the rest of the Tramell dogs on a regular basis. Tessa - retired
Tessa is a f1b wavy coated girl, one of Jennifer's dogs. Tessa started as a dark mahogany chocolate but she has faded to a beautiful "lavender" chocolate. She is an extremely devoted, loyal family dog who is polite to strangers but reserved.
Tessa LOVES to fetch and is very smart - sometimes TOO smart. She has figured out how to let herself into the house by turning the door handle with her nose/paws. Tessa is retired and continues to live as Jennifer's "right hand man", schooling the pups about social graces and doggy etiquette. |

Webster:Gone but not forgotten
Webster was from our first ever litter of goldendoodles, the son of Lindy and Charlie - the original Music City Goldendoodle. For 10 years Webster was the perfect family pet for the Tramell family, but they lost him unexpectedly in April 2019.
While his loss is still felt, we don't grieve him but rather celebrate the legacy that he left. Lovingly nicknamed "The Rug", "Sasquatch", "Webby" and "Big Boy", Webster was everything a dog should be - with none of the shedding!! He set the example for Tessa, LillyBelle and many other goldendoodles who were in the Tramell household. He never actually fathered any pups, but his influence and legacy will live on! Truffles - retired Truffles is Donna & Jerry's beautiful curly coat-of-many-colors. She's a fashion diva with each season bringing a different look. Truffles is an excellent mother and also a first rate "aunt" and puppy-sitter. She seeks out puppies and watches over them, whether they are hers or another girls. Truffles has a joyful spirit who loves everyone. A puppy at heart, Truffles still tries to snuggle with Jerry on the recliner. Despite her size, she is determined to be a lapdog.
Truffles is a 45lb F1b standard chocolate goldendoodle. Her hip and elbow xrays are considered "very good". |
